Mr. Sheshvir Yadav is a Retired Indian Navy Veteran with more than 32 years of distinguished experience in industrial security, corporate security, administration, risk assessment, HR, and facility management. As the Founder, Director & Operations Head of Provost Tiger Force Group, he leads strategic planning, operations, client relations, and quality management. His military leadership, discipline, and commitment to excellence have established the organization as a trusted provider of professional security and facility management services.
Advocate Mrs. Manju Yadav
Mrs. Manju Yadav is the Director of Provost Tiger Force Private Limited and a practicing Advocate associated with Police Parivar Paramarsh and VeeroChief Media. She oversees legal compliance, corporate governance, statutory regulations, and administrative operations. Her legal expertise ensures that the organization maintains the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Satyavir Singh
Mr. Satyavir Singh is a retired Lieutenant from the Indian Navy with over 40 years of experience in defence service, training, and security operations. During his distinguished naval career, he served as a Gunnery Instructor, where he specialized in weapons training, discipline, leadership, and operational readiness. At Provost Tiger Force Private Limited, he serves as the Training Advisor & Coordinator. He is responsible for planning and conducting professional training programs for security personnel, including induction training, on-the-job training, physical fitness sessions, emergency response drills, fire and safety training, first aid, customer service, and skill development. Under his guidance, regular refresher training, night-round inspections, and practical exercises are conducted to ensure that every security professional is well-trained, disciplined, vigilant, and fully prepared to provide reliable security services in accordance with industry best practices and the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act (PSARA), 2005.
Miss. Anushka Singh
Anushka Singh serves as the Head – Human Resources & Compliance at Provost Tiger Force Private Limited. She is responsible for managing the company's human resource functions, payroll administration, statutory compliance, employee records, recruitment coordination, and overall workforce management. She ensures that all HR operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliances are carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable labour laws and company policies. Her commitment to professionalism and employee welfare helps maintain a disciplined, compliant, and well-organized workforce, supporting the company's mission of delivering high-quality security services.
Mr. Ganpat Belgaonkar
Mr. Ganpat Belgaonkar is an Honorary Captain (Retd.) and Ex-Serviceman of the Indian Army with over 28 years of distinguished military service. As the Operations Head – North Goa at Provost Tiger Force Integrated Services, he leads security operations, manpower deployment, client coordination, and quality assurance. His leadership, discipline, and operational expertise ensure the delivery of reliable, professional, and efficient security services across North Goa.
