Controlling who enters a site is one of the most critical jobs a guard performs. This module trains officers on verifying identification, issuing passes, logging visitors and managing controlled entry points correctly.
Beyond the certificate, this module gives every officer a real, practical edge on site — the kind that clients notice and rely on.
Trainees staff a mock reception and gate point, processing visitor entries, checking IDs and issuing passes under a trainer's supervision until the process becomes second nature. Practical sessions like these are conducted by Provost Tiger Force trainers, so every officer leaves this module having actually done the task, not just read about it.
